We are your Return Warehouse partner for healthcare assets and can help in handling the process of your end of lease returns...from return notification to proceeds funding on the asset, we've got you covered.
The process begins the moment that we get notification from you. Just copy us on the return instructions and we'll take it from there, assisting the customer with return shipping, de-installation services and answering any other questions that they may have regarding the return of the leased asset.
Upon receipt at our licensed, insured and secure warehouse facility, we will perform a complete audit of the asset and forward that report to you. After your review and approval, the equipment is then remarketed through our vast network of equipment buyers. Once the equipment is sold and funded, proceeds are then forwarded to you bi-monthly with a recap, by asset, of what has sold.
In addition, all assets are secured at our warehouse free of charge* - just another way that we strive to provide you with a service that will increase your opportunity for profitability.

We understand that some repossessed assets may require further legal action and/or notifications (ie: Notice of Sale Letter). Once the "sale date" is communicated, we will ensure compliance to the Notice of Sale period.
In addition, we will maintain all documentation regarding the sale of the repossessed asset(s) in order to prove that it was sold in a Commercially Reasonable Manner. These documents will be available, as needed, for you and your legal counsel should the need arise.
